Big Tas' Tea Pandan Indah, Kuala Lumpur — Restaurant in Ampang Jaya Municipal Council

We were a group of about 10 people having lunch at your restaurant today and unfortunately we were disappointed .

1.The spaghetti was very soft, overcooked, and not al dente. It was tasteless. I requested salt but was not given any. When I asked for a replacement, it seemed the same dish was simply taken back to the kitchen and returned to me unchanged. 2.The chicken chop had an unpleasant &disgusting taste. 3.The fried wantan was not fully cooked, with the inside filling still cold. This appeared to be frozen food,and yet it was not prepared properly. 4.The service was very slow. Additionally the menu codes and QR-scanned menu were not consistent. Some items were missing from the digital menu and we were not informed of this. Please provide better training for your staff. I can't imagine how your business can operate successfully with such poor service especially when serving a large group of customers.

We were seriously unhappy with the food. No one in our group could finish their meal because it was so unappetizing and leading to a significant waste of food. This experience was extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to both your food quality...

My 2nd time coming here. 1stvtine was before Ramadhan and 2nd time was recently after Raya. 1st time came everything was okay good. But 2nd time coming,the food taste was out. Ordered the same spaghetti as before but this time taste awfully terrible. Ordered seafood spaghetti ( cant remember the exact name) Spaghetti was too soupy, very small prawn, the shell seafood is without the meat..only the shells. The peach drinks I ordered ..tasteless...air jer banyak..but no taste.and also ordered ayam goreng korea ( can't remember the exact name) but the chicken not fresh..my son got diarrhea. I hope they can improve the taste and quality of this restaurant. I like coming here bcoz it's near to.my house..it is a good place to chill if they can improve the quality and taste of their food and drinks. And hopefully the staff can be attentive to the customer..have to wait some time for the staff to take the menu book to customers. Some are busy with phone behind...

I went to this place last night and I can say it was such an awful experience I ever had. The food takes days to come. Imagine they had a few staff members but still. My drink takes 45 minutes to come and the food... do I even have to tell how long it took? 😔 I'm actually a little bit nervous when I see the price cause okay its kinda expensive. But I guess as long its good, why not I just try it. But no... im wrong here. The Chicken Chop costs me bout RM21++ but it looks like RM5 chicken chop... how can you serve chicken chop with mantou ? 😔 The pasta was okay, but can be improved. Also the fries was cold????? Urmmm they just throw that damn sauce on the fries without serve it on mini bowl ??? Also why the drinks taste bad .. it taste like dishwasher soap 🙏🏻🙏🏻 maybe im just unlucky. Please Big Tas Tea.. improve ur service. You had so much potential with the modern design place but the food? Service? Drink? Was so bad. Wont even come back...
