Sorry, i have to minus 2 stars, and it's possible to minus more if still persistent lack of PR by the counter staffs!!! ( no change since before even different staff handling the counter) - my relatives and my friends are also complaining the same. We feel that we r not being invited. -eg.- sour face, no eye contact, poor engagement, poor respect.🤨😏😒
They reason people keep coming because the foods are awesome, affordable, and very fast services 😊
Pray that there will be improvement in the future because PR is the main important factor for business ...

All that is just waste of time and time consuming. Bad customer experience. There were 2 customers in front of me, making order then making payment. It took forever.
