GBB Bakery @ Pandan Indah (by GB Bakery Sdn Bhd ) — Restaurant in Ampang Jaya Municipal Council

Pls be more cautious with the words replied by the male cashier. I was there about 2.30pm on 15 Nov 2023. My first time, thus I asked if the milk toast as displayed available. He said no more. Another group of 4 aunties came and asked the same thing, and he replied sold off also. Later he brought out 2 originals, thus I took one and the group took one. I was browsing for more other choices. At the cashier, behind me were 2 young ladies and was asking about the availability of the milk toast. The male cashier said Wait and went in and took 1 out. I asked him (cos I tot this could be another type) but he told me this is milk toast and last piece. I immediately questioned him why he told me and the group that there is no more stock! He changed the subject and said I asked for the original.. Terrible ya.. keeping stock for other customers.. And baking so few to attract people to go all the way there, but habis.. and then magic, stock ada..

This will be my first and last time to this shop.

Edited - 09/01/2023 = I love the fact that this bakery has Festive Themed baked items! All the time! Love the CNY bunnies bun! Edited - 31/08 Just tried their Angel Lily (almost.... just a little bit almost like 백설기 aka Baekseolgi aka white rice cake) wooo I liked it ~ so soft n moist the outer cake [made from egg white] I was briefed on by their staff, with ham, floss n corn savoury inside! Lots of cakes to choose from!Love their swiss rolls too! But I and my family love their bread and buns the most, coz a lot of varieties! My children's favourite is their red yeast yoghurt bread! Used to go to their bakery in Pandan Perdana but now that they have a new branch in Pandan Indah makes it is even easier for me to stop by! Their Wholemeal bread is freshly baked every day and nicely cut into 6 pieces per pack! They have sourdough bread too every Wednesday and Sunday! I had been this shop for several times, however I never get warming welcome from the staff at least one. And I tell myself this is last I visited.

Everytimes I went to the cake section need to wait a quite long time to waiting the staff settle their stuff only come to serve me.

I saw my front customer stand a quite long time to look for the cake but also no staff to serve them, end up they went to next stores. Honestly if next store have the cake that I want, I will not walk in to your stores.

By the way most of low rating review also from your staff service, it seem like never improve.

Taste of cake is really not bad, environment bright and clean. Only service is slow and...
