Food is not fresh, soup is too bland and bad attitude. Make reservation as there is extra gift given but when want to redeem it, they not likely to make it. No staff gonna serve you when come in, call them when they available, to redeem my free gift but they do not want to make it, very lazyyy. No time to serve customer, but got time to blame customer==. And, it is weekday, just 1 to 2 table dine in, still cannot serve well,,haih.. Can close business if don't want to do, customer is not responsible to see...

Tried their lunch set mini pot at RM9.90 and add-on RM3 for mi xian. The price has not inclusive 8% SST yet. Sauces provided at the corner and self service. The waiting time for the foods is long probably due to lack of staff. Normally ingredients for steamboat can be served fast as they do not need to cook. The portion is small for me. I don’t get full after the meal although i have added on mi xian. The price for ala carte order not cheap. Soup tastes okay and ingredients are fresh....

Cutie bear in a pot. The soup base is very nice & tasty, love it so.....much❤️❤️. The food portion is big & price is reasonable & really worth it. The staff is very polite, friendly and good service. Once ur soup getting less, they will auto refilling for u🥰, u not even get a chance to call them🤭....really good...
