Read moreI know they received a lot of order from foodpanda and grab, but staff did not acknowledge customers that came to the counter at all, just busy doing their things. I waited 10 minutes in front of counter, staff did not look at me once to tell me to wait or to take my order. In the end I order through tng ewallet and waited in my car. After 10 minutes, Came back into store, my order still not prepared yet. Waited for them to clear other orders first then I noticed they didnt make any more orders. After I ask the staff and showed my order on the phone, only then they started preparing my order. I didnt get the original drink I wanted because they are out of roasted milk tea and have to swap with original milk tea. After I got my order then only they told me the have connection problem with orders from tng since morning. All in all, I wasted almost 1 hour just to get my drinks....
Staff lelaki kurang ajar takde adab. Order pada pukul 9:09pm dapat air dekat 9:40pm mcm tu la lebih kurang. Air satu. Slps 30 minit tunggu:-
Tanya elok elok dekat staff perempuan bahagian yg bukan buat air pasal order aku tak siap lagi ke? Dia jawab, “tunggu kejap”. Tapi dia terus buat kerja dia bahagian dapur kot rasanya. Dia takde check atau bagitahu kawan dia yg lain.
Slps dah tunggu respond tapi takde respond, air pun masih tak dapat, aku tanya staff lelaki yg ambik order aku. Dia terus buat la kot air aku. Ni slps 30 minit tunggu eh.
Dah dapat air. Aku tanya laki tu, “kenapa lambat eh?”. Dia cakap, “kami terlepas pandang”. Aku tanya balik, “oh terlepas pandang, takde kata maaf ke?”. Dia jawab, “saya dah cakap la depan ni tadi” dh bunyi mcm kurang ajar sikit instead of cakap je maaf sekali lagi. Aku cakap, “okay” sebab maybe yes aku tak dengar sbb dia pun pakai mask kalau betul dia cakap sorry. AKU TULIS SEKALI LAGI YE 30 MINIT AKU TUNGGU AIR YANG SATU.
Aku pun start berjalan nak keluar kedai, sampai depan kaunter, staff lelaki tu jerit kat aku cakap “TAK DENGAR KE?”. WHATTTTTTTT THE FISH BRO? Aku dah nak keluar kedai kot & im okay dah slps kau dah cakap yang kononnya kau dah cakap sorry tapi aku tak dengar tu. Kau boleh jerit mcm tu pulak kat customer kau PADAHAL KAU YANG TERLEPAS PANDANG ORDER AKU.
Aku pusing, aku cakap balik dekat staff lelaki tu, “TAK PERLU KOT NAK KURANG AJAR, TAK PERLU KURANG AJAR!!!”
Sis bro i tell u eh, even kalau betul kau cakap sorry tapi customer tak dengar, just cakap sekali lagi maaf. Sebab memang silap korang 30 minit siap air aku & sendiri cakap terlepas pandang. Silap aku pulak, aku tak dengar kau cakap sorry. Tapi kalau aku la yang buat silap as a seller, aku berulang cakap sorry. Aku pun pernah bro ada kat tempat kau.
Im aware juga kalau lambat sbb ada online order. Tapi selepas 3-4-5 walk in customers dah dapat makanan & air, aku punya still tak dapat, there is no reason for you untuk cari pasal dengan customer yang tunggu 30 minit ni.

They should cook n prepare early for weekends. Sum more the staff have less knowledge about tealife. When we ask about the tea he said might be n should be.
The worst part make me irritated is there is more than 5 staffs and sadly 2 only working. Seems like they are doing part time and don't care about customer.
This is worst tea live outlet. Will not come again at least...
