Jal Dae Ji - Korean BBQ 韩国烤肉 — Restaurant in Ampang Jaya Municipal Council

这间店的老板是极品，只顾赚钱不顾生意道德！. 非常过份的不礼貌！ 我们不会再光顾了！ 订了6pm 8个人，我们准时到立刻叫了RM8xx 食物. 640pm 被老板告知7Pm 要离开因为7PM有另一批顾客到来. 订桌时没通知只有一小时用餐时间. 要赚钱也要取之有道！ 这是Korean BBQ 不是快餐，我知道你新年要赚钱但是不能这样过份.

To the male boss,

We are your regular customer for the past 5 years Today will be our last visit to your restaurant, we won’t come back again ! We feel really disappointed about your service as a owner ! As a boss Your service is suck !Shame on you !

This dinner is really important to us because my parent didn’t see my sister for the past 2 years ! You really spoil my family’s mood big time !

We make prior booking 6pm with the male boss for 8 pax dinner but he didn’t inform us we only allow to eat within one hour and need to leave restaurant by 7pm.

We reach the restaurant 6pm sharp, we order as many food as possible immediately because we plan to leave Before 730pm.

Around 640pm my daughter want to order one bibimbab, the female boss told us we need to leave by 7pm because their next booking for the same table is 7pm . For being understanding we know that you want to make more money during CNY so we told them it’s ok we want to take away the bibimbab with no hard feeling . After 5 minutes the female boss told us we can stay after 7pm because she already arrange the 7pm customer using the table behind us .

Around 7pm the bibimbab arrived , the male boss keep standing beside us and staring at us , his action is rude and it make us feel really uncomfortable.

7:10pm I feel really uncomfortable to the max because the male boss still keep staring and standing beside us , so I go settle my bill while my daughter enjoying her bibimbab .

right after I settle the bill the Male boss ask me your table finish food yet ? And said his customer is waiting for their table for long time already !

His word and action piss me off immediately ! This kind of service really make me feel speechless .

I didn’t said a word immediately ask my family to leave the restaurant and request the staff to arrange take away the food that my daughter finish halfway .

Hello ! I order RM8xx food & drinks for 8 people you expect me to finish all my food and drinks in one hour ? This is Korean bbq ! It take time for your staff to cook for us too ! We are not eating in fast food restaurant you know ! It’s really not the way for you to make more money ! You really do business unethical !

Never and Ever go this Restaurant!!!!!!! Very Money Minded!!!

Experienced slow and terrible service from this restaurant. We had been requested so many times to refill our side dish, but no one hereby to help. Eventually we never get refill any side dish until we even finished all our main course. As we had finished our meal, we tried to question the Korean boss why there is no one to refill our side dish and so that he would able to give us our side dish. Surprisingly the Korean boss responded that we had finished our meal so we are not entitled to get any refill for our side dish. Are you even joking? They should be the one in blame and we even told him that no one is responded to our request at all until our meal had finished. Lastly, the arrogant boss just reply "No No No" repeatedly and then walked away and left us being so disappointed. We can highly be considerate if this is happening at peak hours, but it is not, and yet we are experiencing this terrible service. The money minded Korean boss even up sale us to order more than we could afford to eat, as we had end up ordering portion which can fir for 12~14 pax while only having 8 of us here. The only moment when we are giving attention is when we called for bill, the Boss was super responsive and it was settled less than a minute. This had become my nightmare experience for Korean restaurant, and I hope anyone that are currently reading this review can consider another...

The service was good on the staff but the boss are very arrogant… as I need to make a reservation on my time but can’t and suggest me on the other timing. The Boss keep on checking what we ordered is like not earning enough and ask the staff keep on suggest this and that. The Boss expression was bad dunno why, kids are making some noise but not all the time and being warn by the boss. Was celebrating a birthday event and cake was handed to them but no courtesy to remind to up the cake and end up we need bring the cake back. Also telling us the table only for us for 1:30 hour and we already used for 2:00 hour but why never tell us at the first place when we walk in to the restaurant, only tell us upon we pay the bill (so what’s the point ? To warn us next time not to stay that long ? I personally not preferred that kind of service. Food was ok but same as other Korean restaurants. Hope they understand please don’t treat customer like that even though you are the boss. Customer make your business growth you know. *I really think you have a big issue, these review here are honest and what I had experienced if you cannot accept criticism or honest feedback from your customers please just ignore it and no need to PM me on your nonsense and hypocrites message.
