Today at 06:52pm on 29/05/25 - witnessed such a very rude staff from the Manager itself. Waited there for too long just to ask one simple question , and the Manager (Malay girl wearing spec) didn't even bother to attend me. She was just ignoring , jeling and pretending didn't see me. After I managed to talk to the staff (Red shirt) . I asked them nicely "sorry ya, just nak tanya.. how long will it take , if I'm willing to wait for a Chicken thigh?" and then the manager was looking with anger expression (berkerut dahi) while looking at me and mentioned loud to me "KENA TUNGGU 20 MINUTES) . I told her , it's okay , I'm willing to wait.. but she insisting keep repeating kena tunggu 20 minutes . I was like , yeah sure . In the end , the manager was purposely showing her emotions - by expressing her unsatisfaction (she raised her voice to her staff) infront of me & etc. In my mind , I was like chill lah . Why pula nak marah2 staffs . Sedangkan customers are paying for their foods. And some of the customers are even understanding and willing to wait for 1 hour , in order to eat something that they are craving for. I used to work in a F&B department as well - even during hectic situations , we should't treat customers in such way . THAT MANAGER MALAY (FEMALE STAFF) - SHOULD NOT BE PROMOTED TO BE A MANAGER - if she did not even bother about customers (in a sincere way) and didn't even show proffesionalism during busy time. Read moreToday I went to KFC to have lunch with my friend. However, their service was very poor, and the management was not friendly either. Further, they charged more. This is the first time I have had this kind of treatment. They're giving offers to customers. After a long time, I bought some KFC as I was craving some. But the chicken that arrived was nothing like I remembered—salty but bland, with no hint of the other 11+ spices that's supposed to be their secret recipe. And the chicken was dry and stringy. At least the chicken was warm; the super-expensive cheesy wedges arrived so cold that even the cheese sauce was starting to coagulate and set. 10 bucks each for these cold wedges? Ripoff.
They only have oily fried chicken on the menu. Their service was also so slow, with only one counter opened. Highly not recommended. KFC needs to improve the quality of their services.
