I recently visited ZUS Coffee Pandan Indah, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I ordered a Caramel Frappe and a Chocolate Roll, and both exceeded my expectations!

The caramel frappe was rich, smooth, and incredibly refreshing — perfectly blended without being overly sweet. I could still taste the coffee through the caramel, which I really appreciated. It’s easily one of the best frappes I’ve had from a local chain. On a hot day, it really hit the spot.

The chocolate roll was another pleasant surprise. It was soft, moist, and filled with delicious chocolate that wasn’t too sweet or too dense. It paired so well with the frappe — like a perfect coffee shop combo. If you have a sweet tooth or just want a quality snack, this is a great pick.

The service here also deserves a shoutout. The staff were friendly, polite, and very efficient. My order came out quickly, and the whole team seemed well-organized and welcoming. It made the experience even more enjoyable.

The outlet itself was clean, modern, and cozy. Plenty of seating, a calm atmosphere, and good music playing in the background — not too loud, just right. It’s a nice spot for relaxing, catching up with friends, or even getting a bit of work done.

ZUS Pandan Indah is definitely one of the better outlets I’ve visited so far. The quality of the drinks and food, combined with excellent customer service and a comfortable setting, really makes it stand out. It also helps that ZUS offers premium-tasting coffee at affordable prices, making it a great alternative to the bigger chains.

Dear ZUS Coffee Pandan Indah Outlet Team,

I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding a staff member’s inappropriate comment at your outlet.This morning around 8:12 a.m. I had placed a drink order under my name for my father to pick up. When he arrived around 8:30 a.m and mentioned the order was under my name, he overheard a staff member referring to him as my “sugar daddy.”

I find this extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. Making such assumptions or comments, especially in a customer-facing environment, is both disrespectful and offensive. It is not acceptable to casually label a father and daughter in such a way, and I urge your team to consider how such remarks may affect customers emotionally.

Fortunately, I was not there at the time, as I would have felt compelled to address the matter in person. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and that appropriate action will be taken to ensure this kind of behavior is not repeated in the future. I’ve always supported ZUS Coffee and enjoyed your service, but this experience was disappointing.

Please do not normalize ‘sugar daddy / sugar baby’ when you see a father hanging out with his daughter.

I’ve always appreciated the service and quality at ZUS Coffee, and I hope to see improvements in how staff are trained to interact respectfully with all customers.
