I just come here because it is nearby to my place... There are few things they need to upgrade in terms of service: Pls smile coz it doesn't cost u anything besides u will get more customer to come because it is like we are most welcome...! Pls work as smart as u can...be very alert to surrounding... Pick up everything very quickly and dont let customer wait for long a time... I am not sure if we cannot refill coffe/tea during bfast time anymore because i have to pay 50 sen for refill. It does not show anywhere...50 sen for me is ok but just put sign that telling cust has to pay if they want to refill... I am still not satisfy with most of the staff attitude there towards customer service... The better McDonald's outlet in the area. The customer service here is good with friendly staff --- they try to open the main entrance and greet every customer that walks in. The counter is organised with great availability of menu choices (some other outlets usually run out of chicken earlier) and reasonable waiting time during average crowd. Food is tasty and meets the standard (Ayam Goreng McD, Bubur McD and french fries).

The turnaround time for cleaning is slower than expected and this is the major point for improvement.

This McDonald's outlet serves the worst soft drink!! In a attempt to meet the queue time (Internal KPIs), they prepared the soft drinks like few hours in advance and when you get your soft drinks - there is no more carbonated gas at all. The worst thing is that their soft drinks has a bleach/cleaning agent stench. The great part is that this part is always missed in the McDonald's HQ audit checks on this outlets!
