Newly open. Packed on the opening day with curious diners. I went on the 3rd day. Still almost full. Since only one entrance there was a short queing. No one man the qué and our wave for attention were ignored. Then we saw some diners leave after done eating. Still no one came. Some decided to walk in and sit at the empty table. We follow same. This time out wave brought the workers to clear the tables for us. When we enquire about ordering, we were told to order at the counter next door. The shop occupied 2 shop lot and there is a connecting corridor. There are 3 counters to place order and pay. Once done we were given a number to place on our table. For drinks we were given paper cups to dispense our choice if drinks at the drinks counters. There were 2 machines for hot drinks and 3 machines for cold drink. We were allow to refill. A standard price for drink at 4.90 is not cheap. Our noddles came shortly. Soup was so so wnr could not compare to the benchmark Mama love. The good point is meat was abundance and fresh. Not cheap for 12.50 add 1.00 for an egg. Don't think will come back. They sell the dry version and also curry noddles Could have improve the service in the front informing diners their system rather then wasting their time...

Think twice eating here everyone. Your health is at risk! The cooking smoke air is went back to the restaurant from the filter ventilation. It stuff the air of the community area here wth no good ducting behind installation and flew surrounding.

We have complain and advice to proper installation of the duct as it hazard the air of the community here but seems ignorance by the owner. If changing a proper installation duct is hazard to them, does it make sense for them to have heart to provide a good meal out to you? Safety, health and hygiene is above rules for a restaurant operation. They will care to listen the voice of the community whom living here. Unfortunately the communication ignorance by them and started causes health hazard in the community here. We are in blaming for making fuss over them. What we want is a proper installation ducting OMEGA PORK NOODLE!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Upon entering, there were no clear instructions or signage about whether it was self-order, and the staff’s behavior was confusing and unprofessional. They simply gestured us to another side without providing any clear guidance, which left us puzzled. Eventually, we figured out that it was a self-order at the counter.

However, my main issue was with the staff’s lack of hygiene and professionalism. The staff’s behavior was concerning, all of them are Myanmar. They were seen playing with each other, their face mask, and not maintaining proper hygiene. One staff member even keep touching his face, playing with his PIMPLES, and then handled food. This is extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. I regret not capturing a video, but I did take some photos. I strongly recommend that you review your CCTV footage to verify these issues.

Overall, the staff need better training on both customer service and hygiene. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had, and I do not recommend...
