Restoran Mei Yuan — Restaurant in Ampang Jaya Municipal Council

Pass here and saw this restaurant and go in to have a try. Sit there for 10 mins, and raise hand for around 5 times, total 10 times plus my gf. No body come and take us menu. End up i walk to 1 of the staff to ask for menu. Spend 1 min check on menu, raise hand to take order, raise for around 15 times and waiting for 20 mins, still no person come take order. The old chinese aunty just walk around and dun know what she doing. First time i feel i am look like invisible. Even i voice out ask take order, the old aunty also ignore. Please tell if u dun wan me come in your restaurant. The restaurant is not big, just small and few tables, impossible the old aunty can't see me, maybe i am invisible. End up i just stand up and leave this place. Together with me, the person sit beside table next to me, also walk out together, as they also invisible like me. What i joke. Delicious Sichuan food served here. But no kid's menu here.

The restaurant open at 11am and close at 9pm.

Pleasant, soothing ambience. Nice atmosphere.

Recommended: Chinese fried dumpling, (chives with fresh meat), Sichuan mixed sauce spicy noodles, skewer.

Dessert: Red dates snow fungus Even the Chinese tea taste so good here.

Quite decent China food as came of couple of times before. You can ask for spicy level in noodles soup. Even clear soup noodles good as they have vegetables in it. But for big eater you may need to add on noodles as the size shown in picture for average size eater. Fried dumplings were good as you can dip it into vinegar sauce provided (minimum 4 pieces).
