I came almost everyday as I live nearby. But today (April 7), I faced the MOST WORST EXPERIENCE. As it was Monday and as expected there are many peoppe queue for the Monday Promo. So I decided to scan the menu QR Code on the diner's table. I bought the Classic Burger & Drink combo (as receipt attached). Waited for nearly 1 hours. I don't mind waiting but as I went to the counter, my order number LO-1000 wasn't on the screen. I ask for help but nobody wish to help. At first they served me without the napkins. When I was eating only realised they forgot to give me. So I go to the counter and ask for napkins. Guess what, they only give me 1 piece of napkins. At least give me 2? I was so speechless about this, have to tear it half to share with my brother.
Also they don't have any smile when taking order. An old folks was asking do they have spoon but they only have spork. The old folks don't get it, ask for spoon again. At last the old folks left with the spork and once the old folks left the counter girl roll her eyes up🙄...
Read moreVisited this place on last Friday night around 8:30pm. It was quite busy with a high volume of orders, so I opted to order by scanning the QR code on the table. The queue moved fairly moderate for me, but unfortunately, my friend had to wait much longer despite having only two orders ahead of hers.
The ice machine was out of order, and there was no backup ice available in the restaurant—no one was getting any iced drinks, with all choice of drinks are mostly carbonated.
Additionally, the outlet looks outdated and in need of refurbishment. The cabinets under the basin, in particular, urgently need an upgrade. I hope the management looks into these issues...
