Service can be inconsistent, despite having great service in the start. Will continue give 5 🌟, unless the service deteriorates beyond 8th visit.

1st Visit

Excellent service! Good food. Meticulous restaurant setting. Staff well trained. Some of them speaks moderate English but they have very good attitude. May have to wait for a while for food to arrive but they over-deliveres by giving complimentary bread with herbs butter before food arrive.Thumbs up! Special thanks for Fhaizatol who have been serving me most of the time. Excellent service!

2nd Visit 15/12/2018

When food delivered , the waitress was holding the food in the middle doesn't know the food(ribs) is belong to me, I had to signal to her & tell her it's mine. Was not given any cutlery before/after the food is delivered. It's not to be expected since the outlet is not full & staff are abundance, but since I had exceptional service in the past, I won't reduce the rating.

3rd visit 16/12

They totally forgotten my drinks. On the other hand, over-delivered on ribs, from 1 to 3. Maybe that was a mistake, but I'm happy about it

4th visit 21/12

Food was only delivered after 30 mins, not exactly the speed I want especially when there aren't many patrons today. On the other hand, Fhaizatol remembers that I usually need extra tissue, pass me some before I ask for extra. Good service.

5th visit 22/12

It's good thing they allow me to take away. I was able to promote Cuckoo to one of the malay staff called Lee. One good thing abt Tony Roma's is, the staffs are friendly.

6th & 7th visit 30/12

Less captivating service, new staffs can be forgetful despite less patrons. Except Fhaizatol who still remembers to give me more tissues.

Ordered a few items via FoodPanda: TR Ribs Bucket (9 pcs), Kickin' Shrimp, Steakhouse Burger

When rider was already on the way to my house, the restaurant called me to mention that they forgot to pass the TR Ribs Bucket to the rider. During the call, I asked the restaurant if they can help to deliver (using restaurant's own riders?) to my house, but they mentioned they did not have any available riders. I have also asked if they can find another FoodPanda rider for me to which they also said no, which is understandable because all the food is already "tagged" to the main rider. They suggested for me to contact the rider but when I checked the GPS, the rider is already nearby my house so there is no point trying to call the rider. When the rider has reached my house (he was soaking wet due to heavy rain), I told him that 1 item was still left at the restaurant. He was apologizing to me non-stop. Looking at his situation, I didn't even want him to go back in the rain and back to Melawati Mall just to get the ribs. This was the restaurant's responsibility to ensure that ALL items are picked up correctly by the riders. TR Melawati Mall was in the fault for this one. In the end, I just ordered a lalamove delivery (paid by myself) to pick up the ribs. After I have gotten the ribs, the restaurant also forgot to give the 3 ribs sauces. I was just stress-laughing at this point.

So yeah, end of my ribs story. The ribs were nice by the way. I give 2 stars for this review ye.

First time coming here to celebrate, the hall is almost empty probably because it's not peak hour (hence it feels nice and private). Selalu teringin nak rasa smoke bbq lamb ribs bila dapat rasa mmg SEDAP GILA! The cut they gave me was pretty big and with a lot of meat! Such a beautiful cut. Tried all the sos(they had 4) love the original and the honey one. The meat is melting in my mouth gituee!

Tried also alfredo chicken and my sis tried seafood pasta which both are delicious. My sis keeps praising how the seafood pasta tasted. Tak hanyir and she can taste the seafood flavors well, the portion is good for the price (she order the regular size: RM 45)

The potato soup is creamy! It serves warm and has marvelous flavor! One of the best soups I ever taste.

Lastly, the manager (Mr. Azhar) in the house ask us for some feedback on the food, and upon some feedback, he gives us a pair of soups percuma. Very nice manager, he also tells us about the meat cut and how they maintain their quality of food. Also, the staff that takes our order (Mr. Ish) is kind and friendly.
