Just the two (2) of us on a Sunday noon for lunch. There were already other patrons, and one family will toddlers. It has a 'new' homely feeling. Great atmosphere for some eating and chatting. Of course, I think the echo bouncing off the wall is annoying, but I guess its normal. We had a bit too much intentionally since its our first time. We had the curry sinalau bakas, the mixed vegetables and sweet&sour fish. Drinks were the usual KitChaiPing and TehCPing. We wanted VinegerPork, but they did not served it that day. Too bad.
The staffs were friendly and helpful.
Taste wise, I'll say its a fusion of Chinese and KadazanDusun. Is it authentic? NO, but its original, and I did enjoy it. BTW, I have a different notion of what authenticity actually means. Anyhow, the place works if you're in to relax and be nostalgic.

Ordered my favourite Nasi Goreng Lap Chong, and my friends ordered Wantan Ho, Wet Butter Pork with Rice, Laksa Sarawak and Fried Wantan.
Portion was suprisingly big and just nice for me. Taste wise, tasty! Wet butter pork tasted and creamy. Might not recommend for those who gets quesy easily such as me.
Price is a little bit high but still okay, nice contrast on the middle interior space of the shop. Might play a little soft music just to boost the mood. Definitely going to come back for more...
