Best place to get Japanese food with Japan culture vibes around penampang area, concept is well arrange , staff is very helpful and very well mannered. We're well treated by the waiter and waitresses around, my kid forgot to bring back her belongings and we managed to get it back because of the honest and polite staff they have it here. We were very appreciate with their services. Standard operating procedure is well maintained. Place is always clean and of course the food is consider one of the best Japanese food you can get with the sizzling method. You can see almost all customer is satisfied with their services and food taste plus the quantity. Hope this Restaurant cafe and bar will maintained their standard so we can always recommend all Japanese food lover to give this place a visit. P/s you can get various types of Japan alcohol beverage here and also some snacks is available ex: salmon skin and quality chocolate cookies.

“Mr. Hubby had been craving their sizzling oyaku katsu rice for a while, so we headed to the Plaza 333 branch to satisfy his cravings, also weekend dinner.

The service crew greeted us warmly, and our orders were taken promptly — we both went for the same dish, with me adding a miso soup on the side.

My excitement quickly faded when the food arrived. The usual vibrant yellow from the egg was completely absent; instead, the entire dish was just dull brown.

Mr. Hubby even wondered if our orders had been mixed up. Anyhow, his disbelief turned into silent disappointment after confirmed with me.

To make matters worse, the breading on the chicken katsu was excessively thick, making it heavy and unappetizing with the brown sauce.

I couldn’t ignore the déjà vu — during my first visit, I ordered the lamb chop, which was so salty I couldn’t finish it. I ended rinsing it...

Where do I even begin? Went to dine in and placed order at 8 PM.

Waiter came to only confirm the order after 20 minutes. Asked if the food will take awhile to be made and waiter sheepishly smiled and left.

Japanese Curry Lamb with rice but the rice was not cooked thoroughly.

Waited for almost an hour for the Salted Egg Soft Shell Crab Pasta. Asked staff to check on it and they brushed it off. Had to cancel the order.

Terrible experience, especially on Mother's Day. Don't think will be back anytime soon. Hope you guys are able to look in to the matter and reevaluate on the restaurant's ideals, food...
