Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Borneo

Lousy Pizza Hut Bundusan. I came in 1 hour and 15 minutes before the actual closing time and as stated in the photo I took at their front door, closing time is 10:30PM. I was told dine in is no longer allowed (only take-aways). What??? How lazy can the workers be? Generally kitchen closes 30 minutes before the actual closing time. KFC next door however is still having their doors open for customers to dine in even at 10PM. No wonder every time I pass by this Pizza Hut restaurant, theres always only little amount of customers dining in. Their dine-in service is not good. Pizza is at best but even the atmosphere is bad. One time I had to dine in with a couple flies flying around. They put no effort into cleaning the area and couldn’t clean extra plates for customers to dine in so their manager probably thought it was best to close the dine in area more than AN HOUR before closing time so they could go home...

A very poor service at Pizza Hut, Pavilion . Before I take my orders, the cashier said that all items were available such as salad.After confirming the orders and payment, suddenly in the half way of enjoyed the pizza she said one of the salad ingredients had finished, and also said already made the same type of salads(I ordered different salad). I'm very angry saying why didn't ask your customer opinions first. After that ,she suddenly said only one salad had be made.In that moment, I'm very confused.Then, I requested to change another appetizer and said she needs to talk her manager first. Then,I reply to her. Please, I already paid the payment and you said all the items were available before I paid. The point is if the items is not available please inform customer in the first place and don't help customer to make decisions herself.

I'm not highly recommend pizza lovers to eat at here. Poor...

Worst pizza hut I have had and overpriced, cost me nearly 40RM equivalent to $13. 30 AUD for a beef pepperon, and in Sydney Australia I get the same size pepperoni in pork for 21RM equivalent to $7 dollars and yet sometimes I can even get it for $5 dollars.this just means we have a better pizza and priced cheaper, I don't think an average working person in Malaysia can afford a pizza, where as anyone in Sydney can afford pizza hut and Domino's. In saying that it also goes for Domino's pizza we pay much less in Sydney than I did at Domino's the one about 2000 metres down the road from this pizza hut in Bundusan. Come on greedy owners of pizza hut and Domino's lower your prices so even the miskin (poor) people...
