US Pizza — Restaurant in Sabah

Great service! Me and my friends went there last night for the pizza buffet all you can eat for RM39. We were greeted with their friendly staff and the staff even help us to choose the best selling pizza. Their dessert was just ok. The drinks are nice and the spaghetti are the MUST TRY ONES! Both bolognese and carbonara are to die for. The staff even pray with the customer before berbuka. They even offered us to add more spaghetti even though we were full. It was like having dinner at 5 star restaurant but even better! Kudos to the manager and all the staff at US...

saya pergi brunch us pizza jalan bundusan penampang,

food~ pizza yg paling tidak sedap yg pernah saya makan...kering kering, masin masin, no sweetness, no spicy, no cheese...

service~ amat teruk sekali, saya berdiri di depan kaunter order, pekerja duduk di situ tak lihat saya, bukan dia tak nampak saya, nampak juga dia, tapi dia terus pandang telefonnya, no eye contact sama pelanggan, terpaksa la saya cakap, helo order, dia tak nak layan lagi, saya perlu kuatkan suara heeeeeeellllllllooooooo, baru dia cakap, u order sama pekerja perempuan itu, dia ambil order...pekerja perempuan itu baru dtg kounter itu ambil order..pekerja yg duduk situ tgk handphone itu, i pun tak tau namanya, tapi badannya besar muscleman, takut saya nanti dipukul haha..terpaksa la i diam diri dan tulis komen di situ, so kepada muscleman itu, helo kalo nak main telefon, jgn duduk sana, balik, ambil mc saja..kami pelanggan bukan mau tgk kamu main telefon bah tau...walaubagaimanapun pekerja perempuan itu ok...

atmosphere~ itu juga satu issue yg bermasalah, lantai kotor, macam tak pernah mereka mop lantai, walaupun takde sampah yg besar di atas lantai, tapi boleh nampak banyak habuk, pasir, dan kotoran di permukaan lantai..i dine in sana, ada perasaan saya dine in di dalam stor, sebab banyak barang simpan di situ, kotak kotak, kasut dgn stoking di lubang kasut but itu lagi..topi di atas peti sejuk, seluruh situasi tak betul la...teruk...perlu kan peningkatan keseluruhan...

i rasa kedai us piza brunch sana tiada pelanggan bukan tiada reason la, semua bidang perlukan peningkatan, staf yg tak nak kerja bagi mereka kursus, ajarkan mereka cara serve customer..tak nak belajar, suruh mereka balik tak perlu kerja..

Not really eatable pizza, bland. It came cut, but not cut all the way through at the bottom, still attached. Asked them to cut properly, they acknowledged but never came back to do it. Had to tear it apart by hand. Spaghetti Bolognese? Bland, few pcs of small mushrooms, nothing else. Oh, and one more thing, spaghetti was under cooked, not aldente.

Overall, I won't be back. It's a total failure of a pizza. Much better options elsewhere. Not worth coming. Pizza looks good for taking...
