KING LAKSA SARAWAK (ICOM SQUARE) — Restaurant in Borneo

This is my first time trying their food and I choose Icom Square branch it is because their rating is higher compare to other branches. So we went to on Saturday 230pm time. Less crowd. None peak hours. We ordered Ayam Penyet. We ordered at 2.37pm and it arrived 3.07pm exactly 30 minutes for two plates of Ayam Penyet! Ya ampun lama sungguh. I was very hungry.

Kings Laksa branches need to improve with you guys punya time management. From taking orders, change to better system maybe faster using QR code instead using pencils and papers it cause error. I wrote Teh tarik halia peng ended up Teh Tarik Peng arrived. I dont want to make fuss.

For simple dishes like Ayam penyet i believe the order volume daily it has been targeted and hence it need to react faster.

The sambal is nasi lemak sambal taste. I have high expectations with the sambals but oh well i was very HANGRY but i chose ate it and done with it.

I am not sure if I want to it...

Price 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 RM 8 for this special bowl of laksa. Menu lain such as nasi goreng ranges around RM7-8. Total for two of us: RM 22

Service 🌟🌟🌟 They have call bell system for each table. Kudos to that! 👍🏻Staffs seems untrained and quite slow. I had dined here for 3 times and each time sidak slow hantar food and at one time completely forgot the order. Waiters should revise the receipt until each delivery is complete. They also should be friendlier and smile more to customers.

Ambient 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Comfortable and nice interior. However if you dine at the air conditioned area, ada unpleasant smell, mcm bau bekum lah. I definitely recommend fresh air section 😀
