Gates of Heaven — Restaurant in Sarawak

We made reservation for a birthday event in their glass house, contacted before hand and they did not reply our enquiries, we asked simple question like is there a fee for the room reservation. Thus bad service since beginning, however we’re excited to go experience the place, but the place is just a low class karaoke pub, the birthday cake was not prepared carefully, looked for lighter for 5 mins, in the mean time we asked for bucket of ice for big bottle of beer, they just kept giving cups of beer, the service is just so bad the burger went cold when served to us even though it was the first order we made. The fan in the glass house was not working, the projector we used didn’t have sound loud enough, the table was not movable making 10+ of us who decided to share our food cramping on one table when there’s like 8 tables inside. There’s so so many bad experience I would not recommend anyone to go, the food did not taste good at all. Other than the main gate which looks nice, the inside is just way below...

Quite disappointed with the place since I've been hearing the radio ads almost everyday. The staff are not trained properly, they don't serve customer when they arrive and their attitude is more suitable for "kopitiam" than an establishment like this. They also should have a separate section for smoker and non smoker since the place is not well ventilated, even though it's open space, there's just no proper ventilation. The food, very oily and cold! With small bones hidden in the chicken chop. Definitely not worth the price. The last issue I've experienced is they gave me the wrong changed after I've paid, and I only noticed it when I got home. So it's definitely gonna be my first and last name time...

The place got aesthetic n nice views. I lurve it for overall. Me n fren came here just odering snacks, but the portion of snacks so much. The price so reasonable and worth it. So for me, I'm so satisfied with the environment n the service they got. This place hidden, if you want to came here just used maps/waze so you'll reached at your destination. Mostly recommend place for having dinner with fren or family, if want celebrate party also can came here, might need to booked first, I guest. ❤️❤️ This is non-halal but very recommend just for chill out and enjoy the vibes. Oh! I might recommend the spaghetti, the taste very yummy....
