Date: 10/12/23, very slow and bad service, was given the wrong table QR code to order, then food and drink was not serve, and not even one staff to ask when a customer siting around for long time without food n drink. After check with the staff, only then they told it's the wrong table QR code, then re order again with the staff with an iPad. Waiting almost 1 hour only kopi o kosong is serve, too hungry to wait any longer then go and cancel my order. Is it too hard to serve a very simple nasi lemak? The staff attempted to discreetly retrieve and serve it to me, but I observed the incident. The rice was touched, and the chicken soup appeared dried. This situation left me feeling humiliated and affected my overall dining experience negatively. Despite paying for the food, I chose not to consume it and left the premises without taking a single bite.

I basically can just go there, just to chill and playing with my own phone without even ordering anything. They don't even bother. Food wise, the chicken looks tasty, but never get to try.
