This leisure place for family and friends, and also their swimming pool for sport athletes has improved! Best place to spend time with family and friends on weekends swimming or playing in the pool. =D
The place provides a swimming pool for children, a public pool and diving pool.
Facilities are clean and spacious. It is also was once a place where Pandelela Rinong used to come to swim. :)
Toilet and shower rooms are provided for patrons/visitors.
Opens everyday include public holidays. Entrance fees varies depends on weekdays, weekends and public holidays. Starting from Rm6:50 per pax/person. The entrance fee can be used whole day. That's the plus side for this. :)
Swimming attire rules are quite lenient, but we do not want to make the pool dirty. Ladies can wear T-shirts to swim (tutup aurat). I think Stampark is being considerate and understanding for Muslim's visitor cultures. This I have to agree, and the rest is to have fun with friends...
Read moreI am very disappointed with my recent visit to Stampark Waterpark. The counter staff we encountered were extremely rude, which created an unpleasant first impression.
According to the information provided, the last session is from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. However, at 6:45pm, one of the staff members repeatedly blew the whistle and instructed us to leave the pool. By 7:00pm, she was already standing near the pool area, signaling us to exit immediately.
As far as I am aware, the waterpark’s closing time is 7:30pm. Guests should reasonably be allowed time to finish their swim and change before leaving. Unfortunately, this rushed and unprofessional behavior caused a very disappointing experience.
This will be the first and last time we visit Stampark Waterpark. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and improve staff training and...
Read moreBig pools. Professional pool, average pool and toddler pool -- I'm positive these are not the jargons typically used, hahaha. The only comment I have would be the shower rooms or toilets - many of which have broken showerheads or lack of lamps and also eroding wooden wall chairs to place your bags and other items. Hygiene is also questionable - I'm no expert of often the staff should clean the shower rooms and toilets, but it is nothing near pleasant to see the remains of other's hair in there.
Perhaps they should tend to the plants as well. I remember seeing loads of ants and some trash thrown near the plants.
Still, I'd come here for a swim but maybe go home for a decent shower.
Also, this place has coaches who teach swimming. Male and females coaches are available and they teach toddlers to adults as well as those who aim to compete...
