Lok Tien Dim Sum 樂天 — Restaurant in Borneo

Called the restaurant to reserve table but they say its based on 1st come 1st serve basis. So we went there today around 8.30am to try the new place. There were 6 of us and given a number to get a table. Waited about 30mins and our number keep on getting skipped (understood table availability is based on how many ppl) but funny thing kan the number 4 was called a few times and different groups got a table. They even reserve some tables! (Mungkin untuk saudara la kan)

When we saw an empty table, we asked the taukeh can we sit there and he said yes. Just when we were about to sit, the taukeh came n say its for other group and guess what number they are holding? Its number 4 again! He didnt even bother to apologize and walked away terus. Speechless!!

Tired of waiting, we left n went to other dim sum restaurant. Its so unfair that we waited for so long and didnt get any table..Very poor management on handling incoming customers.

They should learn from other dim sum restuarants on how to do the numbering. Orang baru datang dapat number recycle.. Jadi orang yang suda lama tunggu bila dapat duduk?? Pilih bulu la kmurang niiii.. 1st and the last la mau pgi...

Worst Experience.

1. Staff keep making mistake on serving food - We ordered dim sum first before other tables came, but the staff sent our food to other tables. We talked to them and order again, but the other staff sent wrong again to another table which is came after us. We talked to them again, they end up saying the dim sum is Out of Stock.

2. Order system are worst - We ordered two noodles with a lady staff, 1 noodles came but another one did not came at all.

3. Staff are Extremely Rude - Talked nicely to the male staff about all these problems, the staff not even apologize or solved our problem, he answer us because we are not ordered to him so he don't know. He blame the other staff and talking rude with rolling his eyes to us.

4. Boss are too busy to listen consumer - We ended up frustrating, and talked to the Young boss, he don't even want to bother our complains.

We all know you have lot's of customer, my tiny review in google here might not effect your business at all. But this is not the right way to do your business. You have ignored all the Basic F&B service rules. As a consumer, i will not give any...

It's a Non-Halal Chinese Dim Sum Restaurant. Very clean & spacious. It's has an indoor air-conditioning table seating or outdoor table seating. Open as early as 6.30am in the morning and always get crowded starting 8am. One have to be patient to be able to get a seats as well as to taste their food. They never be stingy with the Dim Sum stuffing & the taste surely satisfying delicious. Food are served fresh & hot upon order. Staff are very helpful & fast response with inquiry. You surely be spoiled with the food choices from their menu. Besides Dim Sum, they also have wok fried noodle or watan konlou noodle with variety of toppings such as Chinese BBQ Pork, Roasted Pork, Roast Chicken, Roast Duck, Seafood or plain noodle to eat with their Steam Pork Ribs/Paikut 👍👍👍... Watan noodle are springy'licious, similar to Hong Kong watan noodle. They also have choices of rice sets / Ala'carte dishes for lunch hours. And rejuvenate your heaty body with some of their homemade herbal drinks. Service tends to get slow if it's too crowded... Price are average depending to the food...
