Pricy food with the worst customer service ever. 7pm reach the restaurant, scan barcode and order food. Wait until 830pm,the food only arrive 1. The kids eat until no other main dish come, only left rice! Ask the waiter where’s the food, they don’t even wanna help. They just said is on the way . Ask them the side dish want to refill, they told us kimchi rm8 refill, others plate rm3 for each

9pm , the kids is crying because of hungry. We wanna pay the bill that’s what we eat and cancel the others order.they told us the food is cooking . And if want left, need to pay the food and take away.

Are u out of mind? The waiter try to threaten customer to wait the food , if not then need to pay full price of the food that our order not arrive at all . Try talked to the boss, she said she can’t understand and leave.

There are no longer physical menu provided, you need to scan a QR code to place order. Service wise is fast! After placed order, took 5 minutes for the drinks to arrived. Impressive!

We ordered Kimchi Soup, Kimbap, BBQ Pork (G), Korean Red Dates Tea and Korean Green Tea (Pot). It cost us RM103 in total.

I think is the best Kimchi Soup so far as is more concentrated and a lot of meat, toufu and rice cake can be found. BBQ Pork (G) also taste good! It just that they don't provide us black bean as one of the side dishes to pairing up with. Do take note, lettuce were not provided together with the BBQ pork meat order, need to add on if thinking of wrapping the meat with lettuce. Kimbap also good! The portion just nice for 2 person. I find the Korean Red Dates Tea so refreshing, hoping they could have it in pot too..

We sit at the inner side of the restaurant, find that the air-conditioner blast too cold and is directly hit towards us 😂 Luckily there's soup, hot tea and the grilling on pork meat to warm us up.

Definitely not coming back. The service was absolutely terrible. Yes indeed working in F&B line, it is not easy. They need to have atleast enough manpower for the restaurant. 1 person handling too much task. And there's 1 waiter that obviously showcased his tiredness and rudeness to customers. Owner of the restaurant doesn't even apologised for the 2 hours waiting time which in the end, only 1 dish was served. Cutleries, plates, side dishes doesn't even reached our table.
