Bad customer service. I went there with my families, serving time was the worst. We waited for our food for one hour, we order 3 bakso, 1 fried mee hoon, 1 pattaya fried rice, 1 rojak and 1 roti kosong. Within one hour only 3 of our food were served. We wait for another 45 minutes for other foods to arrived only for the waiter then informed us that the bakso were unavailable and SHE forgot to told us an hour before.. What kind of restaurant is this? For the waiter to forgot her duty and simply letting the customer go hungry for almost 2 hours then pretending to be innocent.. I have a bad experience here. I went to Restaurant Jamal Salem Sembulan with my family and in law on 11 Dec 2021. We ordered our food. After waiting around 15min the drink came thank you.....Still waiting our food but after 30min still not available. We called the waitress and ask if our food is ready....and it came around 12-15min later. So they ate...everybody food is finished their food but my order haven't arrived yet. I called the waitress again and she gave me an explaination...oh order kamu tersalah hantar ke meja lain, sy order semula....after waiting and waiting for 10min my husb decide that it's not worth waiting for such a simple food to take quita a long...

Nasi Briyani Kari Kambing si awesomely delicious. I aint sure about the other stuff as i came here only for this particular meal. The Kari Kambing is extremely spicy and also plenty of amount. I can't remember how many tissue i pulled to wipe my sweat 😂😂😂😂🤣😅..

Serving If you need for a sup kosong, you need to ask for it. They didn't provide the sup kosong along with the meal.

Drinks The Teh C Ping that I ordered is tasted the same like the other restaurant. Nothing different (lol, does this make a different).
