Golden Hotel — Hotel in Borneo

What I like about Golden Hotel:

Best & Strategic location. I came to KK for my review at Hospital Queen Elizabeth 1 and was looking for hotel nearby the hospital which this hotel is located 1.5km from HQE1 and Gleneagles hospital. Good road traffic. This hotel is located far away from the commercial center and the traffic is quite good. Plenty of parking spaces. The hotel provide quite large parking spaces that can accommodate about 30 vehicles. Affordable food prices at hotel cafe which you can have meals at minimum price of RM15.00. The hotel has lift which many hotel don't provide. Water dispenser for each floor, very convince. Cheap room price. We book a room with queen bed only for RM110.00/night. Price may change but it's affordable and worth the value.

What I dislike about the hotel: No laundry or I might have not asked for the service. However, many laundry shop located in Grace Point Sembulan which is 0.9km from the hotel. No laundry bag provided in the room. No drinks provided in the room, at least water mineral or at least 3 in 1 drinks which many hotel provide. Wifi connection is very slow, maybe only for the second floor, idk.

That's all I'll be coming back here for my another visit to...

bad experience check in here with room 210. first the door can't open, have to wait for the technician to come and change the door battery.after 40 minutes the door was repaired we were allowed to enter. Before that i was ready to ask if I could change the room, but the staff said I had to wait for the door to be repaired. If they couldn't do it, I would change the room because they was afraid it would be room is fully booked.so I think it's okay to wait a little longer. But the night when use the toilet omg the toilet is clogged. but I thought oh maybe the water was slow to go down so I let it go and slept even though the aircon only felt like a fan because I was tired so we just slept. after the morning i on the tv but no signal so i turn off tv and be ready wanted to check out but the toilet was still blocked. got it at RM145 for 3 pax room via agoda. 3 single beds, very ample space for a budget hotel. only problem is my friend who slept at the furthest bed complained he was blocked from the aircond by the wall but i think this depends on the person's preference as some people who dont enjoy airconds can appreciate it. we didn't get any coffee or tea in the room, the toiletries consisted of 2 pairs of soap and shampoo which is not enough for 3 pax but pretty sure could've just asked from the staff. hot shower, coway's in the hallway, cafe's on ground floor (brkfast not included), secured parking was ample in quantity, separate room for ironing on 1st floor, got a mini hall. all in all, wouldn't mind repeating this hotel for its great value for money compared to other older same ranking...
