Pai-Kut Wong Least likeable because it was done way too sweet.

Venue hv several function rooms, from banquet, medium size hall to private rooms.

Heard Blasting MC voice from banquet hall throughout our dinner. Was also delighted to see the lion dance troupe that passby our function room to one private room that engages that service. Truly a 'noise' dinner.

Place is well lit and clean. Excellent service by banquet crews and floor staffs. Clean toilets....

You need to train your workers. Everytime when arrival of new food on the table, they took away the previously served one and is still a lot. Some of us haven't eat yet. You need to train them to ask first whether gurst still want it or not and if not then clear away. This happened last night when I was busy talking to my sister and didn't even notice that the pork was taken away from out table. Each of us only have taken one piece and haven't get to enjoy another piece. Everyone on my table didn't even notice and then comes another dish. Some maybe knows but because they don't feel like wanting for more so they don't bother, but me and my nephew still want but we have no more to eat. Those young waiter waitress need to be properly train for good service...

Very bad experience as book a room span over 2k to get poor service. 1/during booking a table you have to chase them follow up your booking and food ordering,I wait for 2days to complete 2/Serve food timing badly delay and slow due to kitchen mistakes my food quantity with too busy reason 3/when i request to meet with Maneger in charge also no one come to me after 30min only when I stand at my room outside to catch the manger to help me chase food 4/the restaurant only can do for me is keep apologize and promise next time will offer for me Dessert ?
