the restaurant was honestly really pretty, the whole place had such a nice aesthetic. the service was pleasant too. the girl in the black shirt who took our order was super nice. at first, we were about to order our own drinks separately without getting the set, but she told us we could just order the food with a set of drinks since it’s cheaper. so of course, we went with that. she even helped us tape the box of our hokkaido tart back together because we opened it the wrong way, so sweet of her. now… the food presentation was another story. it was honestly ugly and not appealing at all, especially the nasi. i don’t know why they placed the rice all the way at the end of the plate, then scattered fried onions or shallots randomly in the middle. and those 3 lettuce leaves with 2 pieces of half tomatoes? looked like someone just threw them on the plate with zero effort or manners. i didn’t even bother to take a proper picture of the nasi because it was hideous. you can kinda see it in one of the pics i took, but even that half already looks ugly. i always review places and food on ig and tiktok, and honestly, that nasi looked like trash just dumped on a plate. why would you serve your customers like that? do you think it’s pretty? if you really think that looks good, maybe check your mental health you might have issues. if you want to serve food that nobody wants to take a picture of, go work at a trash place. even mamak stalls make their food look more appetizing than that. and for the cleanliness, as you can see in the picture, the seating area near the aesthetic wall with the words “sweet memories begin here” had dust on it and the seat was dirty. if the couch can’t even be cleaned properly even after wiping it, then what about the outside part of the couch? there was dust and leftover food stains there.

Now this one seems to be more friendly and organized than the one at Kuching Sentral. Also has Cornish which others never seems to have in stock. As I am a fan of cappuccino cheese cake, I find this outlet always seems to have it in stock, Kuching Sentral rarely. Plenty of paid parking and centrally located. Update, Mar.9, 23 Store has been renovated, less seating for seniors who are unable to go up the stairs to seating there. New bench uncomfortable. Update, Jan. 24, 25 Been a while for sure, but like I said before, not good seating downstairs so hadto go upstairs with my guests. Being from the north latitudes and used to cold I found this uncomfortably cold. My guests were freezing. Service was very slow. Last time for me.

So classy and perfect for a solo brunch or intimate gathering. Tried the Carribean fish with garlic butter sauce and it was really good. They don't skimp on the butter or cheese here. The cakes are marvelous and usual and the view from the first floor is lovely in the evenings. You can dine at the upper floor, get the bill and pay at the cashier on the ground floor. Definitely one of the classier restaurants around. Expect to pay around RM 20-40 for your meal. But with the good ambience, food and friendly service, it's worth it to me. I waited for about 15 min for my meal and was amazed by its quality and presentation. The cushion seats are so comfy too.

I give this rate because of my worse experience. We came celebrate my niece birthday. We in queue, there are two customers in front us. Finally reach us, the waitress ask us dining here or take away? We say dining here, she ask us to have a seat first. So have a view of menu, and start to give orders. After that we wait for our cake and beverage. Another 2 group of customers came in, they direct order at the counter and they have their cake before us!!! Are u kidding me, we order and we are the last customer received our food. Yet, we three people and u give one folk? I just feel like i want to burst my 🌋, my niece keep on asking where my cake. Just because we order beverage so u had to send all our order one go. I still remember last time, you got provide plan water before order. But now u take off good service and apply worse service. I feel like your are lack of staff training and there attitude towards customers. Most of the branches almost the same. I paid such much money for a...
