Overall bad service provided. Even tho All orders are booked & informed (along with time of arrival) one day earlier, no proper preparation was done. Came in a group of 28 people divided to 3 tables: We have no problem setting our own table but the least the management could do is to make sure enough plates & cutlery are provided before customers arrive. 4 whole chicken are served in only 2 woodboard . Brought up the issue to staff & was inform that we need to pass around the wood board. This is no practical considering there are 28 people and the woodboard is at least 2kg. Ordered 10 portions of seaweed salad & was served with only 2 bowls. When we inquire the staff, we were told that they combined the 10 small portions to 2 big portions or else they would not have enough plates for other customers (are we not your customer too?). The staff told us that we are suppose to pass the food around. The same goes to other food like fries & radish. All small portions are being combined to one big bowl. The problem with combining: hard for the customers to pass around the food customer can never tell whether they are being served with the right amount We wanted to add order but decided not to considering the bad service & plating where we need to pass around the heavy woodboard. Throughout the process, no apology was offered. Just impractical suggestions were provided. Asked for customer feedback form but instead got a side stare from the staff at the counter. Although he was kind enough to provide pen & small blank paper, he is not the least interest in asking whether we are having any problem with our dining experience.
Hope the management team will look into the matter & improve...

However, the flavour profile degraded, it was more flat, towards a salty side. I can still see a lot of potential in the chicken, also the pieces I ate was not as juicy but tough, so it was unfortunate.
As for the jajjang pasta, I think it was what made me drop a star. I feel very disappointed that it didn't have any of the black bean taste until the last few bites. The taste of the noodle was exactly like braised soy sauce which is unusual.
Maybe it's just my personal preference but I do not enjoy raw vegetable like cucumber or carrots, because it was very tough to eat when the other ingredients were nicely cooked. It felt like a lack of detail in the food.
Besides that, good ambience and staff! It was a smooth process of ordering and the staffs are amazing. The interior is a great place to hangout with friends especially upstairs. There's Korean songs constantly playing to improve the mood too.
A place I would come back again for the chicken and probably...
