Super 7 Restaurant & Lounge — Restaurant in Borneo

Literally the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced 🥲. Went there for a party celebration yesterday, not only that the place is not private but there were not enough chairs and we had to asked them to provide us some but ended up being rejected because they told us it was fixed 🫠 & of course there’s other side of the place where it’s not included for our party we’re empty (maybe 1-2tables) consists of 8 chairs each tables I believe they could’ve spared some for us. Also the waitress have been giving us all bittered/ annoyed faces when cleaning up our plates bit ove already stacked all the plates tgt and prepare myself a plastic bags to put rubbish inside 🫠 I don’t understand maybe they’re just having a bad day? But if this is the customer service that my friends paid for them I’d rather...

Had an Early New Year dinner here,6pm. Reservation made at 5pm for 5adults 1kid (8yo) Pre-ordered dishes

We reached kinda early hence lots of parking. Restaurant is located at 2nd floor, with lift.

Tables are arranged in a comfortable setting. Aircon is wonderful, might want to bring a cardigan or light jacket though.

Food served smoothly, maybe it’s pre-ordered,no long waiting time.

Good environment to for family and small private function.

Clean indoor air-conditioning served "No-Pork" restaurant & lounge. However, It's not suitable for Muslim, as they serving alcoholic beverages. Open from 8.30am, serving Dim Sum & some selection of Wok Fried noodles. They also served Ala'carte Asian & Western food for lunch & dinner. The restaurant & lounge also do provide private functions with buffet packages. Staff very welcoming, helpful & friendly. Service are fast. Price average to expensive, depending on requests/orders.
