Bad Experience ever. I used to work in Arang Coffee 7 years back. so as a food lover arang would be a best choice when we wanted to craving for western foods. Bit yesterday we visited arang after a long time with my for other friends for dinner . The taste of the foods were nice no bad comments on the food or the drinks (Expecially the (Nachos - Menachos ) our personal favourites are the best. But before we ate and drank finished the girl there direct walk to us and say we are closing at 9pm (it was 9:01pm) when she walked to us and say this. We feel disappointed and we haven't finished up our food yet, one of my friend went to the toilet so he didn't know wat happened outside when he cane out we were standing outside the entrance he was shocked as he haven't finished his hot chocolate drink still left half a cup add on we haven't finished our fries that we ordered as side dish . This is seriously disappointing đ no wonder nowadays the people walking very less to arang coffee. As a waiter working in arang last time we will be wearing uniform and apron as it's look appropriate wen serving customer but the crews wen we see yesterday were wearing a casual tshirt and macam no mood to serve and to work. Expecially a chinese girl wearing a white tops and short jeans came around 8.30 to the outlet not sure is she the manager or what her dressing is not nice and too inappropriate aa a manager or something . She is the want who walked direct to us and say we will be closing at 9pm and she direct walk off. Please look into your crew services đ There is no words to describe the taste of the foods but the...
Read moreToday we went for dinner to celebrate birthday for my sister. First of all, you need to order the food at the cashier and pay for the food before you get the food. Second, Iâve been waiting for my food around 1 hours and half. Third, when your food already served thereâs no spoon knife and etc. We need to walk and take the spoon by ourself. Everything need to take by ourself, chili sauce and pepper too. Then when we already finish eating. Iâm asking for the waiter to prepare the cake because we want to suprise my sister.(we bought the cake and ask them to keep) But then again, we wait for 20 minutes and nobody come with the cake! Then I decided to ask the waiter again and guess what? the waiter simply said she forgot! Okay after that, We wait again for 10 minutes. I thought the cafe will play a happy birthday song and the waiter will put a candle on the cake and light up the candle. But guess what? That waiter just came and bring a whole cake still in the box with nothing prepared thereâs no candle being light up no birthday song? nothing! Usually when we go to other cafe or restaurant they will prepared for the cake put a candle and light up the candle but this cafe just bring the cake that ARE STILL IN THE BOX!!! No Birthday song no singing and nothing!!! Thereâs really awkward moment for us! like no suprise at all for my sister! our plan have being ruined by their stupid services! FOR THOSE WHO PLAN TO CELEBRATE A BIRTHDAY AT THIS CAFE PLEASE GO TO OTHER PLACE! THEIR SERVICES ARE BAD! FOOD NOT NICE! SERVICES BAD AND BAD EXPERIENCE FOR CELEBRATE A...
Read moreArang Coffee is a cozy cafĂ© with a strategic location, making it a convenient stop for coffee lovers and casual diners alike. One of the first things that stands out is the abundance of seating, which makes it a great spot for both solo visits and group hangouts. During my visit, I tried their regular coffee, and it left a strong impression. The brew had distinct sour notesâbright and lively on the palate. It's not your typical coffee flavor, which makes it special and memorable. The caffeine kick was also quite strong, which is great for those who need a real boost.
One of the standout drinks is the Banana Latte. Itâs creamy, smooth, and has a subtle banana flavor that pairs surprisingly well with the coffee base. Itâs a unique choice for those looking to try something different from the usual lattes.
Arang Coffee also offers a variety of food options, ranging from Western classics like chicken chop and fish and chips to comforting Asian dishes. They also serve a selection of cakes to pair with your drink. While the prices arenât exactly cheap, they are on par with many other well-known coffee brands, so it feels fair for the quality and experience.
Overall, Arang Coffee impressed me with its unique coffee flavors and comfortable space. Iâll definitely come by again soonânext time to try their food offerings and explore more...
