Picturesque wise... not the best place to have romantic dinners, and the air of the restaurant was stuffy with a hint of weird smell. Came at early dinner (around 6pm) lots of seating places, so the food came out quick. Pricing wise it's reasonable for a western food restraunt, RM15 and above, but the set lunch/dinner was nice. Don't get put off by this, their food is a wholenother level. It's not your typical local western, its American Style!! The ingredients are all made from scratch by the amazing chef Jeff (had to mention him, he's lovely❤️) had the fish and chip, tasted great! Not fishy and oily like typical restaurants, don't think it's dory fish tho, the smashed peas and tartar that complemented the fish was unlike other, didn't expect to have smash peas at all which tasted amazing btw! (Finished the whole bowl🫢) Ordered the smoke duck Al pesto, wow! Just wow! Had a bad experience previously with smelly pesto that was too oily. This wasn't at all! It's fresh and not too strong, just the right amount of leafy taste, and the smoke duck🤌 magnifique, defo order again, right amount of smokiness with a tender chewness to it. Had a chat with Chef Jeff, great and amazing person with a bright personalty. He's very passionate about working as a food consultant haha🤣 can't wait for his new menu TACOssssss

Personally think that environment is what makes an amazing food taste great. That's where all the pretty girls come to eat ;) maybe give the walls and lighting some love and you'll definitely see...

I had the pleasure of dining at H&R Western Food Restaurant and must say that the experience was delightful. The restaurant's welcoming atmosphere, delectable food, and exceptional service.

The ambiance of H&R Western Food Restaurant immediately struck me as cozy and inviting... complemented by warm lighting and comfortable seating arrangement.

The menu at H&R Western Food Restaurant offers a wide range of options, from their selection of classic western dishes to a few selection of pizzas. The portion size was generous, leaving my family completely satisfied. My family even mentioned the side dish mix vegi taste great... maybe they are using organic vegi.

The attention to detail and quality of ingredients used in each dish at H&R Western Food truly stood out. Every bite was bursting with flavor, showcasing the chef's skill and passion.

One aspect that won me over during my visit was the exemplary service provided by the staff and the chef himself... both of them is very attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, ensuring that all our needs were promptly attended to... even without us asking for it. This level of professionalism and attentiveness added to the overall positive impression of the restaurant.

In conclusion, H&R Western Food Restaurant exceeded my expectations with its relaxing ambiance, flavorful dishes, and outstanding service. We will surely coming back to this place again.

Basically zero ⭐... Unbelieveable other 5 star reviews which is why I give this place a try.

Poor attitude, below average food and I see flies inside restaurant. If you are thinking about trying this place, let me warn you, it is totally not worth your time and money.

The staff accepted us at 230 pm and restaurant sign says it closes at 3pm. By 310pm, the staff (guy with yellow hair) already in front of me saying he need to close. I'm not finish yet but I have to get up and pay then leave. I haven't been to a restaurant that actually chase away customer 10 mins after the closing time. Usually restaurant will allow sufficient time maybe up to 15-20 mins and not come to customer to tell them to basically leave soon after the closing time. You shouldn't accept any customer at 230pm if you have a problem with customer who may take a little more time to finish their meals.

The fish and chips I ordered is soaked with oil as it is served, fries are tasteless which made me think even mcD soggy fries taste better. The fish smells. The staff waited behind the counter nearing to 3pm and one of them with mask halfway below the nose.

Basically I feel like telling this restaurant to close down if it feels so unpleasant for them to carry on the business. Fully regret my lunch time experience and it feels like I have thrown hard earned...
