2 Story Food Court near the Upper Station in Penang Hill. The upper floor has proper eats, while the downstairs section is mainly cold beverages and icy desserts - shaved ice, smoothies, cold water, etc.
We thoroughly enjoyed our drinks and mango ice. However, lunch upstairs was extremely disappointing. The laksa from the corner stall was one of the saddest noodle dishes I’ve had - the broth was fishy and too salty, while the noodles and ingredients tasted stale.
