Elementos Tapas & Lounge — Restaurant in George Town

Visit this place because of the advertising on Facebook. In the advertising, Seaview was stunning, but sadly the Seaview was actually only for alacart diner, not for buffet, I am wondering we spend 88/pax and we can't get the view.

When we entered the lounge, no one bothered us until we decided to search the waiter, I understand that time full house. Luckily, we make bookings first. The seat I can't really complain about it because we didn't know the terms in first place.

For the first round, just only sausage and rice left, I was like, wow, only 7.30 the food in the tray so fast empty.

So I just waited for 2nd round in 30 minutes, Surprisingly, the BBQ was tasty but undercooked.

Then I go for the crab. The teste is good but sadly overcooked and soggy. We'll actually there is nothing much after I found out the dessert is extremely sweet.

The best I liked was the coffee. They really gave us milk.

Our visit to Elementos was far from enjoyable. The lack of a crowd on a weekend should have been a red flag, and unfortunately, it lived up to that expectation.

The fried rice we ordered tasted off, and the ribeye steak was clearly made from frozen meat, not fresh. It was overcooked to the point of being too hard to swallow. Their definition of "well-done" left the meat completely dry and unpleasant. The menu had very limited variety, and to top it off, my husband's classic mojito was essentially iced lime water with no balance of flavors.

For families traveling with children, the food options are not kid-friendly, which was another disappointment. Elementos needs significant improvement in food quality, preparation, and menu offerings.

The taste of the food is average. There is room for improvement to enhance the flavors and maintain the freshness of the dishes.

The staff provides excellent service, and they are experienced in their roles. Mezliana and Manager is particularly commendable for they are friendly demeanor and efficient handling of responsibilities.

The location offers a beautiful outside view of the beach and blue sky. However, there is some food being cooked outside, leading to a slightly oily atmosphere. It would be beneficial if they could address this issue by containing the cooking area to improve the overall ambiance...
