He & She Coffee — Restaurant in George Town

Food is average. The place is ok la to lepak in between classes. The workers, however, are rude. How many times are they gonna keep "forgetting" to include what I add-on into my drink? I paid for that bro. And they somewhat always "forget" to add on?

Also you have so many orders kot and so many people are ordering somewhat similar drinks. Instead of yelling "matcha latte" and making 3 different customers confused bcs they somewhat order similar drinks, and making noise pollution with your yelling, why don't you say order number instead? What's the point of the order number in receipt if you're gonna yell the food/drink name and make customers confused? I kept having to go to the counter, to check if the yelling for "matcha latte" is mine or anyone else's. And i could see the workers looking at me and laughing among themselves and then looking at me again.

The workers are students too, no? Train them the skills and etiquette required when working in a coffee shop. Kerja utk duit je ke?...

Very comfortable and cozy place to hangout. Can bring your friends around 2-8pax, not more than this number due to the capacity. They serve excellent salted egg croissant, the sweet savory salted egg sauce ooze out from the croissant like lava, cookies and cakes also nice. Not recommended the pie because quite bready and dry. Their coffee quality is good with affordable price for student. Their frap is average because the ice blending process is not refine and lack of consistent texture, but taste wise still good. Their hot food is average food, such as Bolognese spaghetti is good, but not...

Conveniently located within USM campus, next to Kafe Siswa. Purple sweet potato is unique, can request for less sweet version. Salted egg yolk croissant is good, one bite and egg yolk oozes out. Limited seats as the place is small but foot traffic turnover makes it still able to dine in. No table service, pick up at counter. Parking within the compound. Not sure if open on weekends, it was closed on previous 2 visits on Saturdays. And no response to texts...
