ZUS Coffee’s “Cabin in the Woods” outlet in USM is a unique and refreshing concept. The location is easy to find within the campus, and there's plenty of parking, which is a big plus. It's a great spot for those who enjoy being surrounded by greenery and the laid-back university atmosphere.
However, note that the indoor seating is very limited—only three seats with one round table inside. If you choose to sit outside, it’s best to be cautious. During my visit, I encountered an unpleasant experience due to a blocked underground drainage system causing wastewater to overflow, resulting in a strong and uncomfortable odour.
Another area for improvement is waste management. There were boxes of rubbish piling up outside the café, which created an unpleasant visual impression and could be better organised for a cleaner environment.
