I always have a bad experience whenever I use the drive-thru. Most of the time, I receive the wrong order. Once, they even gave me fewer nuggets, and I couldn't fathom how they could be mistaken about the quantity. How can I complain about a missing nugget, and why does this keep happening?
Today I have to wait a long time for a simple cup of coffee. When I ask the staff to check, they ignore me. Upon receiving the coffee, there's no explanation or apology. Even when I inquire about the delay, I am met with silence.
On another occasion, after waiting in a long queue, they informed me that they only accept cash, which I didn't have with me. In this day and age, it's surprising that a cash-only policy still exists.
All of this this happened even before the boycott, so I suppose boycotting might not be a bad idea for...
Read moreAs far as Macdonald's goes this one fed me... That is about as positive as I can be. Getting to the place is a nightmare, as it has no sign posts to the carpark. There were 13 staff in a kitchen designed for about 6 people. This really slowed everything down. That is not including the manager who was wandering around doing nothing and the two members of staff who just walked in to the kitchen and helped them selves to extra portions of food (I assume they were staff)... I found the whole thing a shameful excuse for service.

Read moreHad a very bad experience at McDonald’s Eco Botanic. We ordered chicken, but when we started eating, we realized the chicken was still full of blood inside, and the taste was clearly off.
We immediately informed the staff and asked for a change, but they told us we couldn’t get a replacement because we had already eaten part of it – even though it was only halfway. We were very hungry and had no choice but to eat around the problem.
The place was also very crowded, but that’s no excuse for serving undercooked or unsafe food. At the very least, the staff should have apologized when we showed them the condition of the chicken. But there was no apology, no concern shown.
⚠️ Serving undercooked chicken is a serious issue, and I hope the management takes this...
