The staff is terrible. The morning shift guy with medium long hair. Not allow customer to redeem voucher, attitude kurang ajar. Here is a suggestion: If u want to play strictly one customer redeem once, REQUIRE LA SHOW IC REQUIRE LA SCAN FACE or whatever.

Your company require nothing except email, and when people go for claim the second times, then the staff kecam: ‘We ady recognise u, how many times u gonna claim?’

So what about my friend/ parent/ colleague in the car, I just get off car help them to pick up? Cannot also? Must self pick up? Then what about if I masked myself wearing cap/ wigs to pick up?

BEST CBTL in Iskandar Puteri, Johor & some say in seluruh Malaysia. Excellent Staff services who served with warm cordial hospitality, efficiency & enthusiasm. Food is fabulous especially with a big spectrum spread of choices, very tasty, not too sweet but fresh & aromatic. Die die must try the Rendang Pie, Black Cherry Cheesecake, Muffins, Scones & Cakes. The beverages are superb. Love the ambience ... spacious, pleasant decor & furnishing ... yet cosy, comfy & clean.
