Bumped into this place by chance and to our surprise the owner is from Jementah! The same as my wife. Wifey likes it and according to her, the Hometown Fried KoayTeow(the one which was fried to char first before toping it up with gravy) is really at par with the ones tasted in Jementah. No wait, in fact, she said it is better according to her taste. Really had the hometown feel for her. Is rare to find such Jementah Fried Koayteow outside now. So I would say this place is such a hidden gem. The staffs in the restaurant are friendly and helpful too. Waiting for food wasn't long at all as we came at a time where there's less crowd. A feedback here is that the restaurant name is a little less attractive. I wouldn't have guess that a restaurant named 'Toast House' has meals. I thought it was just some kopitiam that serves breakfast. We will definitely return to try the other food...

Ordered a mee and a heatlhy breakfast BBQ chicken.
Upon almost finish eating the Healthy breakfast, found out there were a few portions of uncooked chicken meat. This is first time and last time visit on this cafe.
Complained and they apologies and continue to offer 10% discount or redo another plate of breakfast. I do not dare eat again.
This is totally not acceptable, 10% or redo a plate just to compensate uncooked chicken meat?
Did they know what is the major consequences effect frm uncooked meat?
Hopefully my wife will not suffer any food poisoning due to this, if there is i will file complain to KKM and bring bck to them on the hospital / clinic bill.
I forgot to tk picture of the uncooked chicken meat.
Thus, eat at your own risk. That what i can say.
Hope they take serious awareness on...

The lady boss was extremely friendly and helpful. She even gave us a run down of the menu after she knew that some of us had never been to the restaurant. We took her suggestion and ordered the popular dishes.
I personally loved their hor fun which interestingly was a hot seller here. The lady boss told us that it’s very different and I was anticipating it very much as it’s not easy to be different for this dish. But yes! The kway teow was really something that I had never tasted before and it was good. They somehow managed to fry the kway teow to a crisp.
Prices were very reasonable and service was extremely welcoming. It’s a family run business and I loved...
