The Bierhaus Sutera — Restaurant in Iskandar Puteri

Our family came for holiday from Singapore, to celebrate our mom’s birthday. We had an excellent experience at BIERHAUS SUTERA, thanks to the outstanding leadership of the restaurant manager (her name is "KIMI", if i spell it correctly). From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the staff was well-organized, attentive, and genuinely cared about customer needs - all a reflection of strong management. The manager was always visible and engaged, she came constantly to chat with us to make sure we are happy with their food and services. Their professionalism and attention to detail created a welcoming and efficient environment. It’s rare to see a team operate so seamlessly. Afterall we feel very warm ,and really like the atmosphere and ambient of this Bierhaus Suetra We will definitely be returning and recommending this place to others. NOT a genuine German restaurant that serves authentic German cuisine. The basic requirements for Pork Knuckles doesn't even serve with Saur Kraut. And as for desserts, these isn't any Fruit Cakes, or German pastries. The slow-cooked braised pork knuckle is bitter; the grilled mushrooms were stale and tasted like vomit. In addition, the food volume (i.e. spaghetti aglio olio) was literally too small; enough to feed a child below 5yo. But, the food prices were average above RM40. TERRIBLE AND HORRIBLE! My friend and I waited for so long and eventually we had to cancel the order because we couldn’t bare the hunger anymore. The waiters served the same food item (roasted whole spring chicken) without following the correct ordering time. At 1st, the waiters served other’s food wrongly to us. Fortunately, we hadn’t eaten the food and they took it away from us to serve the correct customer. However, when it came to our turn, they served our food to another customer.
