When I placed my first order, I asked not to receive a receipt and kindly requested the drink to be delivered to my table. After waiting for a significant amount of time, my coffee never arrived. My mother had to inquire at the counter, only to be told that someone had taken my drink by mistake. Since I had declined a receipt, there was no proof of the order, and your staff had to internally resolve the issue before finally bringing the coffee to me. The explanation given was that someone had likely taken the wrong drink.

Later, when I ordered a second coffee, I didn’t explicitly ask for table delivery again, but after the previous situation, I expected better handling. I even asked the staff what had happened earlier, and only received a vague apology.

What happened next was even more frustrating. I saw the same staff member who had taken my order walking toward my table with the coffee in hand, but she turned around and placed it on the self-service pickup counter instead. Given she knew my seat and the prior issue, this lack of follow-through was unacceptable.

I absolutely love this cafe! The coffee is perfectly brewed, rich, and full of flavour. The cakes are simply divine, with a variety of options that are fresh, moist, and just the right amount of sweetness. The staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.
