Not trying to be difficult customer here, but I had RM80 worth of vouchers for BR ice cream. I went in on October 30 to ask staff whether these vouchers could be used in conjunction with the next day’s 31% discount, to which one staff told me that I could. The next day when trying to redeem these vouchers, had to wait 30 minutes for a “supervisor” who had not yet come in even though it was already 1PM. They initially refused to let me use them with the 31% offer, and we actually had to have a debate that a cash voucher does not amount to a double promotion. Read moreHad a very bad experience today, one of their cashier doesn’t know how to serve and talk in polite way. She is rude, impatient and arrogant while serving!!! She denied that she did an inappropriate behaviour and raised her voice talk back to me. I am really disappointed to this kind of customer service, super duper low standard!!! She should learn how to RESPECT customer at first. A lady who wear in blue shirt (i guess she is the superior), just stood aside and never stand out to comfort customer (speechless) Do i still need to pay for it and get full of anger? NO WAY...

They can just ask customer before take order, no big deal. But refuse just because thay have a lot of customer. Too bad theres only one Baskin-Robbin here...
