My family and I decided to try this restaurant for the first time and it was horrible. The customer service was bad and the ordering was confusing. We wrote our orders on an order form and were told by the waitress to hand over to the counter on our own (instead of her receiving the order form from us). But when we were at the counter, there are two staff members. One of them was on the phone, trying to sort out some online order issues with the person online, and the other was just beside the first staff (looking at her colleague talking on the phone), and did not bother to attend to us when we were obviously waiting there for their service. We saw that they have another counter. So my mum asked the staff "Excuse me, are you able to use that counter with our order?" The staff replied "We cannot as that is a different machine." We did not really get what she meant. She then asked if we were queuing to pay. We told her no, and that we were there to place our order. The staff questioned us, "Why are you here to place order? You should give the form to the kitchen" they said, pointing to the other side of the restaurant. We replied that it was their waitress who had asked us to do so. Then she looked at the waitress, took the order form and told us that the cashier will key in our order once available. After a while, when they came back with a printed receipt with our orders for checking, we noticed that they have added an extra dish in the receipt. We thought it was an honest mistake so we told the staff member. But they just said that if we have written down the dish no. on the form, then it would be printed on the receipt (ie, trying to push the blame to us). But the problem is we did not even write down that order in the form. We explained to them that we did not write the order in the form, meaning that the staff had keyed in that order by mistake since they are the ones who did so. We had to remind them on our orders, one by one, after listening, although they realised their mistake, they didn't bother to apologise. Later, the staff came back with our written order form, which had one of the dishes crossed out, asking if we had canceled that, when we didn't. It was at this moment when we realised the staff had canceled it without informing us as the dish wasn't available, implying that the staff lacked communication. To replace the unavailable dish, we wanted to order a lunch set, and confirmed the price on the menu. Then the staff member said that the price had changed, and was now more expensive than stated in the menu. We feel that this is ridiculous as, if the price is changed, the menu should be updated as well. In the end, we decided to leave without our lunch after wasting 45min at this wretched place. The staff members there seemed to lack motivation, and we even heard one of the staff members complaining about our table even though it was their fault. This whole experience was utterly chaotic and the staff didn't even bother to find out the problem. They just blamed it on us and called it a day. All in all, the service was absolutely outrageous. We would advise people to avoid this place at all costs. I would give no...
Read moreNestled within the confines of a bustling Mid Valley South Key mall, this unique organic vegetarian restaurant stands out by being nestled inside a supermarket, offering a distinct dining experience. Recently, I had the pleasure of exploring their Asian menu, which features an array of tantalizing dishes.
Our selections included the Japanese fried chicken curry rice, a delightful fusion of flavors, the hearty Bak Kut Teh (pork rib soup), a comforting vegetable noodle soup, a refreshing salad, and a delightful bubble tea to round off the meal.
Although I'm not a vegetarian, the culinary journey at this establishment left me thoroughly impressed. The food not only satisfied the taste buds but also showcased the creativity and richness of vegetarian cuisine. The prices were reasonable, making it an appealing option for those seeking a wholesome yet affordable dining experience.
What sets this restaurant apart is not just its delectable offerings but also its dual identity as both an eatery and a vegetarian food shop. The shelves are adorned with an array of vegetarian food products and ingredients, providing patrons with the opportunity to recreate the magic at home.
Throughout our visit, the staff exhibited warmth and friendliness, enhancing the overall dining ambiance. This restaurant, with its multiple branches across Malaysia, has firmly established itself as a go-to destination for those seeking flavorsome vegetarian options. My last encounter with this culinary haven was at KLIA2 three years ago, which add a delightful touch to my travel experience then.
In conclusion, whether you find yourself indecisive about your meal choice or simply yearning for a change, this restaurant offers a welcome respite. For non-vegetarians, it opens up a world of delicious possibilities, and for vegetarians, it's a haven boasting a diverse and enticing menu. A visit to this restaurant is more than just a meal; it's a culinary adventure waiting...

The female staff serving us was incredibly warm and friendly — we felt genuinely welcomed from the moment we walked in.
Before our meal, we were given a free pack of Tri-Algae tablets (two chewable pieces). The taste was a little funny but still bearable — apparently they help with nutrient absorption, though I’m not too sure about the science. Still, it was a thoughtful touch.
Now, let me warn you… this place is really hidden. If it’s your first time, I can almost guarantee you’ll wander around for a while (I sure did, haha). But trust me, once you find it and taste the food, you won’t regret it. The price-to-quality ratio is fantastic, and the dishes are bursting with flavor.
We ordered: Vegetarian Chicken Rice — 8/10 Pumpkin Noodle Soup — 8/10 Lion’s Mane Satay (appetiser) — 8/10
My non-vegetarian wife enjoyed everything too, which says a lot! Portions were generous and the flavors were well-balanced.
To locate it: first head to the Village Grocer supermarket. Once inside, look for a dark brown sign that says “Organic” - that’s where the restaurant is. If you’re not paying attention, you might think it’s just a grocery section, but they do serve hot, delicious meals.
The place is air-conditioned and was pretty quiet when we visited at 5 pm (only one other customer). Don’t let that fool you - the food deserves far more attention than it gets.
BMS Organic’s whole theme seems to revolve around happiness, and after a meal here, with a tummy full of healthy, tasty food, I can confirm: they live up to it.
Highly recommended for all vegetarians - and even non-vegetarians looking for a wholesome,...
