We ordered two drinks one Large Hazelnut Milktea w Taro and one Large Green Milk Tea 100% after we payed then while waiting they took our recipet then ask to pay the extra and cuz it was a small amount then wanted to use cash then cannot need use touch n go just to pay the balance which is not our fault on out end then while waiting payed alr the drinks also made already we just waited for the drinks which was already there then they took out the stickers but when handed over the drinks the GMT didnt have sticker then after leaving the store when drinking the GMT it didnt have any sugar at all then need go back to the store to get the drink remade. one of the worst experience i have had to jst get a drink and from what i see so many staff and some of them even had nothning to do but it take so...

I’ve come to understand that Johor Koi’s branches really do work differently from all other states. You can’t order from koi’s app cause it can’t be found, can’t custom your order, plastic bag instead of the cup holder, and can only pay by QR payment.

Didn’t get the male staff’s name, but he was really friendly and tried to custom my order drink by asking his female staff why can’t it be done. Female staff just answered “you ask boss lah”. Honestly, this kind of attitude might as well you don’t work in service line. I only gave 4 star service because of the male staff.
