Worst experience at Chagee Eco Palladium

I placed an order through the Chagee app at 1.20pm, which said my drink would be ready in around 23 minutes. I arrived on time but the staff told me to wait another 5 minutes. After that, I noticed other customers who ordered after me were already collecting their drinks while my order was first in queue and still not ready yet.

When I followed up again, I was finally told the machine was spoiled and I had to wait another 10 minutes. I waited again and many other customers also started asking about their drinks. The staff then went to the kitchen to check and approached me again that I have to wait for another 20 minutes. By then it was already 2.08pm and it was almost an hour since I have ordered. I requested to cancel the order.

It was a disappointing experience! If there’s a machine issue or tea is out of stock, the app should pause orders on the drinks and staff should inform customers honestly upon pick up. It’s unacceptable to keep customers waiting without...

Staft rude when customer come donno to say welcome or hi , or don’t know to ask customer what can I help u , then also the bloody attitude ,people come n buy water u show ur face to people . Please ask ur staff to have discipline before they come to work . I also don’t know how was ur staff can be interviewed. Really bad . And this is not the first time , ur staff when making the beverage please lah don’t do like people owe them money and like not willing to do , always do it with pingpingpongpong , people wait for the beverage there will also get mad . Better ask them to go back home and sleep . We as a costumer we want to see a good attitude on your staff ,when serv customer is not to see your bloody attitude. I hope it can be...

Popped by during pretty late night after our visit @Chagee Mount Austin. Was looking for the pretty water flask & realized it’s available @Eco. Mr Richard helped us with our purchase as it was a birthday night once the clock striked midnight. He was so kind enough to help us & the whole team of Xiao Di & Mei were really friendly. The environment was really vibey & chill. The lady manager was also nice enough to have us standing @their shop for so long. Was a great birthday trip & chanced upon tis lovely outlet....
