Tucked away in the heart of Taman Molek, Johor Bahru, Heritage Signature Fusion Restaurant is a delightful discovery for anyone who appreciates authentic flavors with a touch of modern flair. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by a warm ambiance that set the tone for an enjoyable dining experience.
We had the pleasure of sharing a wonderful meal with great company, and it truly elevated the evening. The food was the star of the show—authentic, flavorful, and lovingly prepared. Every dish carried the comforting essence of tradition, yet was presented with an elegance that reflects the restaurant’s fusion concept.
Highlights of our meal included the Ladies Fingers with Sambal, Kueh Pie Tee, Sambal Udang, and the rich, tender Chicken Rendang. Each dish was a celebration of local flavors, balanced perfectly in spice and texture. And of course, the cendol is an absolute must-try—a sweet, refreshing finish that rounded off the meal beautifully.
Service was fairly decent and accommodating, with staff who were attentive without being intrusive. A special shoutout to Culinary Master Chef Grace, whose passion and expertise clearly shine through in every dish served. Her attention to detail and dedication to authenticity made the meal truly memorable.

The combination of pandal jelly, coconut milk, gula melaka, and shaved ice created a refreshing and authentic taste. 用料十足。特别是那个椰糖又香又甜。 Don't miss the chance to explore their enticing flavors and experience the culinary fusion firsthand. Highly...

The eggplant, chinchalok omelette, and chicken rendang were standouts. And the chendol. The chendol is must order, with complex, almost honey-like gula melaka and...
