Don't even feel like want to give a star to them. Super lousy customer service. i was there yesterday, one customer was needed to be handled by 3 ppl for more than 10 mins, and i stood there for more than 5 mins (one in charge as a cashier, one took the ice cream, one was busy looking at her colleague on how she took the ice cream), they didnt even spare an eye to me (maybe i am a ghost so they cant see me and cant hear me). Let's imagine if there is a long q, then i think they need to spend half day to service few customers only. If you are afraid or dont know how to service, please dont jump into the servicing line. WASTE my time. And they should have explained how the price came out. This is how my previous customer changed her choices after they knew there was an additional price charged, and i gonna wait again as these 3 gals didnt know how to spread their works/ how to cooperate. ❌❌❌ Purchase two scoops of durians premium. Rm28. The advertisement says, any single scoop purchase free of cone. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

This turned out to be false advertising. I received no cone at all, it charged me RM5 for the cone’!!!!!

and when I asked, they did not honor what was advertised. The items were clearly displayed — just like products on a shelf — but the so-called “offer” was not real.
