Absolutely terrible dining experience — extremely disappointing. • Unreasonable waiting time between dishes; we were left sitting for 15 mins for next dishes lmao! • Requested public chopsticks 3–4 times, they never arrived. Completely irresponsible service. • Specifically asked for less oil and spice, every dish came out greasy and overly spicy. Customer instructions were totally ignored. All foods are incredible salty • Portions were small, food was served incredibly slow, and the serving order made no sense, dry dishes came first, while the dishes meant to go with rice were served last. • We complained about the small amount of rice; staff had to come and “double confirm” 5–6 times. Is it gold rice or what? • The fish in the 酸菜鱼was not fresh. Taste was horrible.
