Hotel Time Permas — Hotel in Johor

Firstly the location was good but the area was dirty and the smell of rubbish chute could be smelt even in the room.Room Door Open when we arriveStaff smoking on the floor and roomsA big water tank (un-used) blocking the walkway to entrance of hotel main lobbyThe room and bathroom was filthy. Cobwebs, roaches and the window was broken and could not close it tight which was terrible. The aircon was not cold meaning I could only feel noisy hot air blowing even at 17 degrees it did not give us a good nights sleep including the roach infestation. The furniture was flimsy and the bathroom was very smelly from the drainage. Sink too high and shower water pressure was too low to even shampoo our hair. No amenities was given except bottles of water which 1 of it was used and 1 pointless shower cap for a family room of 4!Hotel states it’s a smoke free hotel but the floor was filled with smoke smell from all the rooms. Hotel Time is located in a side street in close proximity to the pulsing sites of Permas Jaya.||||I booked a family room (1Q +1S bed). The room was spacious and relatively clean. Aircon and TV were fine and the shower had good hot water. Linen and towels were well laundered and the bathroom was in good condition and well cleaned. Best of all, the wifi had good signal strength and speed - apart from a power outage which lasted about 20 mins.||||The rooms was fairly well insulated for noise/sound. Sadly, there are no designated 'non-smoking' rooms - so if your are sufficiently unfortunate to follow a previous heavily smoking guest, good luck.||||Staff were friendly, polite and helpful.||||There was no room service and no appliances in the room - coffee making materials but no way of heating water, etc. That said, there are many many eateries and cafes very close to the hotel - a few of which are 24/7.||||The hotel represented good value for money - at least...

Located near Reinassance Johor at Permas Jaya, 5 minutes walking to Aeon Mall. Bus from JB central every 15-20 minutes to Permas Jaya, it took time 25 minutes to Permas. Very convenient, from bus stop to hotel only 3 minutes walking.||The hotel was clean and nice, and also they have lift. Bathroom also clean. Some budget hotel in Permas Jaya offer cheap price but they don't have lift.||Wifi was free and the covarage at room was good. ||Every sunday night there's a sunday market located near by the hotel.||The problem was the management allowed the guest smoking at the lobby, very uncomfartable for me. ||Overall satisfied stay here and will try another budget hotel at...
