王奶奶面粉粿《百万镇》Grandma Ong Permas Jaya — Restaurant in Johor

This is our first meal of the day on New Years Day 2025. I googled places to dine in Permas Jaya and this restaurant was recommended (307 reviews with 4.9 rating) for their pan mee. When we got here it was almost crowded and we had to wait for quite a bit before our food was served.

My wife ordered the soup pan mee while I had the dry version. The dry pan mee tasted awesome, the black sauce was infused with ikan billis and the minced meat ball texture was excellent and it was marinated wonderfully. The meal was extraordinary for RM9.90 (a small bowl) but the chilli (which you had to dish out by yourself) was nothing to shout about.

I am definately patronising this restaurant again for my pan mee craving. It was just so mouthwatering...

I recently visited your restaurant and was quite disappointed with the service. Despite there being no other customers at the time, we had to wait for 30 minutes for our food, and we weren't even served water during that period. When I asked the waitress why the food was taking so long, his response was simply, “I just have two hands.”

Additionally, the tissue and sambal are ran out and were never replenished, which added to our frustration.
