Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Johor

I rated because I wanted to comment.

The food was nice. But, the service was damn poor.

I asked the cahier how much will they charged if I request to change the normal pizza crust to stuffy crust? He answered: "Kena tambah sikit je." I asked him how much? He should answer specifically. Tambah sikit je is how much? He doesn't even sure how much to add. He said: "Ada la dlm RM2 macam tu." 🙄

The cahier a.k.a. the waiter came to serve us with ONE plate only, and without cutleries. Eat with hands, OK, acceptable. But, two persons need to share one plate? 🤣

Such a poor service ever, the mushroom soup is not a mushroom soup, the texture was terrible and i went to the counter and ask about it he rolled up his eyes and answered yes it is mushroom soup, the chicken popcorn, omg trust me it is not well cooked!!!!! I literally vomitted!!! When i enter to this pizza hut to be honest no any customers are there, was so quiet the whole place, but when we make an order the staff face is not happy and pretend like so busy dealing with customers!!!!
